Set along the soft white sands of Lipa Noi Beach, Tawantok Beach Villa 1 is the epitome of beachfront living on Koh Samui’s serene west coast. Overlooking the blue waters of the Gulf of Thailand, the villa features a large infinity-edge pool, timeless Thai architecture, and the perfect view of some of the island’s best sunsets. Little wonder that the villa is called Tawantok, meaning “sunset” in Thai.

Inspired by Thailand’s classic timber homes, the villa is an example of excellent craftsmanship beneath elegant pitched roofs. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls open onto tropical gardens and endless ocean views, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.

The villa’s five bedrooms include a stunning master suite with an ensuite bathroom, king bed and a mezzanine level featuring a queen bed, ideal as a family suite, along with four additional guest rooms featuring either king or twin beds and ensuite bathrooms. 

The open-plan living and dining pavilion sits opposite the accommodation pavilions across the garden, featuring a large rustic dining table and deep, comfortable sofas ideal for relaxation. At one end of the pool, a beachfront dining sala provides the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, sunset cocktails, or intimate dinners beside the sea.

A dedicated team of staff, including a villa manager, private chef, housekeepers, and gardeners, ensures a personalised stay, attending to every detail with warmth and professionalism.

For those wanting to stay active, the villa offers a tennis court, kayak, stand-up paddleboard, beach volleyball net, and goals for beach football. Families are especially well cared for, with facilities and thoughtful service designed for guests of all ages. The local town, Nathon, is only a 6 minute drive away and the popular resort of Chaweng is only a 50 minute drive away.
