Overview

Perched high above the beautiful turquoise waters of Bali’s southernmost coastline, Villa Rose is one of four exceptional villas that make up the Pandawa Cliff Estate, a hidden sanctuary of refined luxury and natural beauty.

As its name suggests, the estate is dramatically positioned atop the cliffs overlooking the golden sands of Pandawa Beach. This is Bali at its most captivating.  Serene, unspoiled, and far removed from the crowds of Seminyak and Kuta, it is also conveniently located less than 30 minutes from the International Airport and many of the island’s most popular attractions, including the sacred Uluwatu Temple and the world-class dining destinations of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.

Together, Villa Markisa, The Pala (with its North Wing extension), Villa Rose, and Villa Marie offer a combined 25 bedrooms, accommodating up to 50 adults. With their meticulously landscaped clifftop gardens, large terraces, dedicated team of professional staff, and plenty of purpose-built guest facilities, the Pandawa Cliff Estate is one of Bali’s best venues for weddings, celebrations, and special events. The estate also features a shared sports centre, complete with a full-size tennis court, squash court, gym, and spa.

Villa Rose is set over two stories and has a prime location on the clifftop. On the upper floor, a large open air lounge enjoys spectacular views of the ocean, while downstairs, the glass doors of the main dining area opens out into the gardens and infinity pool deck. All four bedrooms boast ocean views, with two doubles and two twins, all have access to balconies or terraces and stylish ensuite bathrooms. 

The villas are looked after by a dedicated team of housekeepers, gardeners, and pool attendants, and secured by professional 24-hour staff. To enhance the guest experience, three seven-seater vehicles with drivers are available for those wishing to explore the enchanting landscapes and cultural treasures of this extraordinary island paradise.
