Overview

Villa Cendrawasih is a beautiful five-bedroom private villa in Seminyak, one of Bali's most established and popular neighbourhoods, just a short walk from Batu Belig Beach. It can accommodate up to 12 guests with extra beds and has the perfect balance of space, privacy, and location, close enough to Seminyak's restaurants, shops, and beach clubs to make the most of the area, while still feeling like a genuinely private retreat.

The five bedrooms are spread across two levels, all with smart TVs, safe deposit boxes, bathrobes and slippers, and en-suite bathrooms. Beds can be configured as king or twin depending on what suits best. The open-plan living and dining area flows easily between indoor and outdoor spaces, and the 18-metre swimming pool includes a shallow wading area that is perfect for children.

The villa boasts some excellent facilities including a dedicated gym pavilion with cardio machines and weights, a rooftop terrace with sunset views that works well for evening drinks, and high-speed wifi throughout. Daily breakfast is included, and a private chef is available to prepare other meals throughout the day. The villa team includes a villa manager, butlers, and night security.

The location puts guests within easy reach of some of Seminyak's best known spots, including Potato Head, W Bali, and Seminyak Square, with Canggu also easily accessible for surf beaches and cafés.
